WORKING PRINCIPLE OF TETRA BIOLOGICAL PACKAGE DOMESTIC WASTEWATER SYSTEMS
The wastewater collected in the wastewater balancing pool is passed through the basket type fine screen at the entrance of the system by means of a submersible wastewater pump, and the garbage, cloth, etc. separated from its solid impurities. Waste water passing through the sequential batch reactor after the screen is contacted with activated sludge here. In the sequential batch reactor, the organic pollutants contained in the wastewater are converted into CO2 and water with the help of aerobic bacteria. The necessary oxygen and mixing air for this are provided by the blower within the unit.
The air supplied from the blower is evenly distributed to the entire tank by rubber diffusers with membranes that give fine air bubbles. In the sequential batch reactor, the organic pollution removed from the wastewater is left to precipitate with the bacterial clumps it contains.
The purified water, which is left to the sedimentation and separated from the bacterial clumps, is discharged to the receiving environment with a submersible type discharge pump, while it is disinfected by dosing hypochlorite with a dosage pump.
The whole system works completely automatically.
Waste sludge, which is formed in the system over time and needs to be disposed of at certain times, is removed from the system by a mobile vehicle (sewage truck) or stored in the sludge storage pool.
